Our Team
Becki Sardeson - Director
“I have had the great joy and privilege of working in the field of education for more than 20 years. Through this span of time, I have manoeuvred through middle school with 11 to 13 year olds, I have travelled with teenagers through high school and I have engaged with eager elementary students. But the children that I find most wonderful to work with are toddlers and preschoolers. Their curious questions are fun and thoughtful, their observations creative and their exploration of the world around them is such a joy.
My hope is that each day at Glow ELC, your child will discover more about themselves, others and the world around them in a safe and play-filled environment. We are so glad they are here!”
Sopheara Kim - Lead Teacher
“Hi! My name is Kim Sopheara. For over 14 years I have engaged with preschool and elementary children both inside and outside the classroom. Over these years, I have learned that each child is unique and special. Their capacity for creativity, eagerness to explore the world and care for each other has greatly impacted my life.
At Glow ELC, I build relationships with children, so they can dream big, discover their creativity, and become life-long learners. Together we will play our way through early education.”
Vitep Say - Office Administrator
“I was drawn to the world of education at a very young age. I have had many years of experience working with young children and youth from diverse backgrounds and this has allowed me to apply my knowledge in classroom settings. I have also found that creating a supportive educational community enables both parents and children to connect with teachers and thus thrive. .
I believe through the Glow ELC, you will see your children enjoy a warm learning space and a nurturing environment each and every day”
